Dr. Bob called with the results of the MRI on my knee. Apparently, I tore the ACL. I also tore the PCL. I also tore the MCL.

The good news is that there's no cartilage damage.

What Bob is trying to figure out is why my lower leg is still connected to my upper leg.

I looked at the snow and decided to work from home today...

Seriously, let's thank whatever powers that be that you did this now and not ten years ago. Yeah, you're going to have some serious non-fun PT, but you're almost surely going to walk without a limp or pain.

Or to put it a more fun way: Yes, you will be your daughter's pony. In fact, you'll probably be ready before she is.
