The Mayor

One of the ladies from the Surrogacy Center mentioned to us at the party that she was calling Katie "The Mayor", because she would walk up to the other children (and sometimes adults) and announce, "Hi! I'm Katie. Let's go do such and such." And then she'd lead them off to play.

Well, it's good to know who's in charge.

(As long as she doesn't start sounding like Rahm Emanuel...)

She would probably be a better mayor than Rahm. And I'm not talking about two or three decades from now; I mean Katie would be a better than Rahm RIGHT NOW.
