billroperOne of the ladies from the Surrogacy Center mentioned to us at the party that she was calling Katie "The Mayor", because she would walk up to the other children (and sometimes adults) and announce, "Hi! I'm Katie. Let's go do such and such." And then she'd lead them off to play.
