Shot in the Arm

Today, I got two shots in the arm: a COVID booster, and this year's flu vaccine. This was because the Walgreens website told me that I could have an appointment at 4:30 PM when I checked this afternoon and I figured "done" was better than "not done". We'll see how I feel about that tomorrow.

They offered me two more vaccines on the website as available today, since they were willing to give me up to four shots, but I thought that the better part of valor was not giving my immune system still more things to chew on today. We'll look at those later.

Step by Step

In other news of the day, my obsessive following of the production process for the new album tells me that the cover has been printed (but not finished and assembled), while the CD stamper is being made. This is encouraging, because it indicates that things are actually happening. :)
