Shot in the Arm

billroperToday, I got two shots in the arm: a COVID booster, and this year's flu vaccine. This was because the Walgreens website told me that I could have an appointment at 4:30 PM when I checked this afternoon and I figured "done" was better than "not done". We'll see how I feel about that tomorrow.
They offered me two more vaccines on the website as available today, since they were willing to give me up to four shots, but I thought that the better part of valor was not giving my immune system still more things to chew on today. We'll look at those later.
