Closer to Con

Late this afternoon, we had a Windycon Zoom meeting where we caught up on a great many things.

I was about to say that I didn't get a lot done today, but that would be untrue. After Gretchen delivered K to today's all-day rehearsal for next weekend's show, I got up and made a ginormous pot of superburger for the potluck feeding of the cast and crew. There appear to have been leftovers that have been preserved for Monday's similar rehearsal, so that's good.

And Gretchen and I had a lovely lunch at Texas Roadhouse, after which I got an important first load of laundry done. More laundry will follow tomorrow.

And I got the old desk monitors down to the basement for storage. I think I need to send two older monitors off to recycling to make space for them, but exchanging old, nearly busted equipment for newer equipment is a good thing, right?

There's a lot more of everything to do tomorrow, but you get things done one task at a time...
