By way of johno, I present a fine collection of really bad ice cream flavors that actually exist.

daisy_knotwise once invented "Tomato Shrimp Bisque" ice cream when she needed a really bad one for an improv sketch. Mercifully, it doesn't appear above.

I understand that Baskin Robbins used to have a program that would make custom flavors if you paid them enough. Someone ordered Beer ice cream and they dutifully made it for him.

Of course, I have no idea if it was any good or not.
