Another Routine Visit to the Doctor

Of course, when your doctor is Dr. Bob, life isn't necessarily routine. But it was pretty normal this time, with one of (as daisy_knotwise calls them) the "baby doctors" taking the history and such.

I've been informed that I really need to lose weight. This isn't a revelation.

And the solution is simple. Eat less and exercise more.

It's the execution that's the problem.

But I have ideas.

I just watch everything in 'fat' mode. I makes the typical actor/actress look like a normal Michigander.
