I was going to say some more about the kids' trip to Orlando, where they spent a few days at Universal and Disneyworld. They had a wonderful time down there with the band, orchestra, and chorus students with only a minimum of things going wrong. (For example, there was the member of their group who overdressed for the Florida heat and managed to fall over from heat exhaustion -- twice!)

But they had fun with the singing and workshop and the rides and the stores. There is a pretty fair amount of new plush critters that came home, including a stuffed Donald Duck that led to the creation of a Donald Duck cult for the group. Happily, the Disney Donald played along. There are pictures.
