Dr. Bob reports that the X-rays showed nothing broken, so it's just a sprain. This is good to know.

Interestingly, the more I abuse it on any given day, the better it seems to feel the next day. That seems a little strange. :)

When you move it, the blood flow through the area carries off lactic acids, making it feel better.

Just be careful not to over do.
