Unlocking the Mystery

I checked in another 77 files worth of locking fixes today. Some of these were simply a case of cleaning up collateral damage where I mistyped something while modifying the 690 files that were originally caught up in the fix. Some of them were brand new places that I found that weren't locking things correctly.

But they are now. :)
