*urp* 36 hours of seasickness accompanied by force 7 gale winds.

I'm somewhat better now, but could be better yet. In the meantime, I'm considering leaving Gretchen (who has been a bit seasick, but not as bad as I am) to finish the cruise and flying back from Honolulu.

Which would make work happy, at least.

(And substantially improve my digestion.)

I've been seasick before. I know how dreadful I felt, and you are in rougher seas than I ever was. I know that the cruise people have dealt with this before, and I hope they have some help to offer you.

Ugh. Unless the weather is due to get worse rather than better, you'll probably keep improving with more time. (As I understand it, almost everyone gets used to the normal level of motion eventually, but "eventually" can feel like forever.) I wouldn't tell you to go home unless either you're completely miserable all the time, not able to get any enjoyment at all, or the doctor wants you to.
