Unapproved Weight Loss Plan

*urp* 36 hours of seasickness accompanied by force 7 gale winds.

I'm somewhat better now, but could be better yet. In the meantime, I'm considering leaving Gretchen (who has been a bit seasick, but not as bad as I am) to finish the cruise and flying back from Honolulu.

Which would make work happy, at least.

(And substantially improve my digestion.)

You poor thing! Have you tried any motion sickness medication? I feel for you. We took a cruise w/the kids last January and it was pretty choppy for a few days. Although I never lost my lunch, it certainly affected my appetite for it. Bleh.

I ended up taking two meclizine tablets a day for the duration. This helped, although there were days when I was very careful about what I ate.
