Deathly Hallows Part 2

daisy_knotwise and I got to run out and see the movie this afternoon. In a few minutes, we'll pile Katie and Julie into the van and go back to the theater to see Winnie the Pooh.

The short form: we liked the film. I'm less of an authority on Potteriana than Gretchen is, so I'll miss details that got dropped out without it bothering me, but it pretty much didn't bother her either.

The funniest part of the movie, though...

was after the final credits rolled and J.K. Rowling appeared on the screen, saying "Go home!"

I didn't realize that she was a Muppet fan!

We heard from friends there was nothing after the credits, so we didn't stay. Either there was a special version where Bill was, or he's making it up, I'd say.
