Hot February Night

The weather is unseasonably warm outside. Unfortunately, Katie's a bit warm inside, running about a degree of fever. We're trying to convince her to take the chewable acetaminophen, but that's not flying, because it's "Yuck!"

*sigh*

A degree of fever isn't bad, but she'd feel better if she took the pill.

I suppose you could hide it in a doggie chew. Oh. That might not be approved though...

Good luck with it. You can always revert to the liquid.

Actually, we got the chewable tablets because she refused to take the liquid, declaring it "Yucky!"

Ah, but the liquid can be cleverly concealed in some normally forbidden fluid, like, say, Coke? Or a strong favoured juice.

Sigh. Sometimes there are have to's and sometimes there are choose to's. Taking one's meds are a have to. Worst case I have the technique for opening and inserting a pill down the throat down pat. Probably doesn't help you guys.
