Absolutely you must get flu shot, both you and Gretchen. You are living with small plague farms.

I'll second that - kids tend to be walking petri dishes (and it only gets worse when they spend time out of the house with other kids):)

And flu shots/flu mist for the girls, too (no needle needed). Actually, you could probably get the flu mist (nose squirt) instead of a needle if you ask nicely.

Our local news folks said yesterday that there have been reports in AR of folks who HAD got flu shots coming down with flu from a different virus-strain.
