That's just how I've been feeling lately. I always thought of myself as good at juggling provided I was juggling tasks or ideas, not real things. But lately I think it might be a good idea to occasionally concentrate on one thing at a time and not be distracted by the others balls as they drop, bounce and make rude noises about deadlines.
