My colonoscopy is now done and I'm good for another five years. Nothing found that we didn't already know about. (Which translates to "Eat more fiber".)

Welcome to the Every-Five-Years club, brother! I had mine last fall and only a benign polyp was found and duly removed. (Damn insurance wouldn't cover all of it, though - still paying for it...)
