The Long Night

Katie and Julie wanted a bath tonight. That delayed bedtime. Then we had to actually get them to go to bed which took a bit longer. Then we had to take out the trash, because trash day was a day late this week due to Memorial Day. Then we were a bit wired and decided to watch an episode of CSI which was a bit unkind to people who like to shoot guns recreationally. And then we talked about politics.

And now daisy_knotwise has preemptively changed Katie and we're going to bed. :)

In TV land, only cops or the hero can carry guns without being "bad." The attitude carries over into real life a lot, from what I've seen.
