After nearly 27 years working on this particular project, I'm going to move on to a different project -- still for the same company.

Nope. I'll still be here. The team working on the new project is scattered all over the globe, so I'm just one more person to deal with. :)

I'm going to be relocating to my house because they're closing my office, but that's a different problem altogether...

A fair amount, but I'm not sure how much of it is publicly announced, so I need to be moderately circumspect.

27 years is largely unheard of in my segment of the computer industry too. The company that acquired the company that acquired my original company is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. :)
