Pain In the Butt
Feb. 2nd, 2009 03:40 pmOk, yes, sometimes I can be one. And sometimes I have to deal with figurative ones. But when you have two parents who died of colon cancer, a literal one tends to make you worry.
In an attempt to avoid TMI, I'll just say that I noticed on Thursday that something hurt. I saw Dr. Bob today and he informs me that the problem is not a large one, it is behaving well, and that the prescription involves sitting in a warm bathtub.
"I'm sorry, dear, you'll have to watch the children. I must go sit in a warm tub. Doctor's orders!"
