Planning Ahead

daisy_knotwise, Katie, Julie, and I went out shopping after lunch. The result of this is that we have ordered bedroom furniture for the girls' bedroom. This was stupidly expensive, but is also stupidly functional and allows us to continue to have a guest bedroom for the foreseeable future.

We now have four to six weeks to figure out how to find a good home for Aunt Kathleen's vintage 1930s or thereabouts Sears bedroom set.

*sigh* If I had a van, I'd be all over your furniture, since my guest bedroom is likely to remain unfurnished for the foreseeable future due to that whole no-money thing. But I agree with Harold; if you Freecycle it, I'm sure someone will take it in a heartbeat.
