DLL Dull

I continue pulling code out of our core directories and shoving it into DLLs. This isn't exciting work, but it's necessary if we're going to be able to get our source code into a slightly more sane condition.

It would be easier if it didn't take ClearCase a year and a day to complete any given operation.

ClearCase works perfectly well enough in speed, at least, if there is something heftier than wet twine connecting your local client to the server. Ways to avoid a CC CLM might be: get on your management to fix inadequate networking, use the lightweight remote client or let scripts do the heavy lifting.
