Off to Chambanacon

I'm running down to Chambanacon for a day and a night. Unfortunately, daisy_knotwise and the girls won't be joining me as they're all still a bit under the weather. The fact that Gretchen's willing to let me make the trip just demonstrates that she is the best filk wife in the world.

I think it's wonderful that you and Gretchen have managed to work things out so one of you can go to the con, even though the other can't. I would like to attend another Chambanacon myself, but since Louie and I bought the house (almost five years now) the money simply hasn't been there. I hope you have a great time and tell us all about it in a couple of days when you get home.
