I was looking for some info on a bug that I'm working on, so I headed off to Google and put my search string together to see what I could find.

I was quite disconcerted to find that my blog here was the number five result on the list. :)

"No, no. I'm looking for what other people know about this problem!"

Sometimes when you're looking for more info on something it kind of sucks to find out you ARE the expert on it. ;) Obviously you know too much...

Several years ago, I was writing a book review and needed to find some quick and dirty information on the Fisher King legend. I alta-vistaed, because Google didn't exist yet, and found an archived post to a Medieval history listserve that provided a perfect summary and all the info I needed.

When I got to the end, you guess it, my old graduate school .sig..
