Lift That Bug, Tote That Compiler

Having finally gotten the core data DLL to compile with the massive changes I'm making for the project I'm working on, it's now time to try to get the rest of the world that wants to reference my DLL to compile cleanly with all the changes. The first attempt at this produced over 700 compilation errors.

Many of these were in our reporting DLL. That one is now down to 37 compile errors, but I think it's time to give it up for the weekend. :)
