Toodaloop!
Sep. 11th, 2007 12:52 pmThe boss is in town today, so I'm playing tourist at the Loop (actually, just barely River North) office. As I predicted, the commute was an hour and 25 minutes, close enough to an hour and a half for government work.
Getting home will be entertaining, as it appears that many of the trains don't actually stop in Des Plaines, but since
daisy_knotwise dropped me off this morning, she can go to Mount Prospect if need be to rescue me. (Having a meeting scheduled from 4:30 to 5:30 doesn't help in the process of finding a "good" train.)
We'll see how it goes.
