Crutchless!

The knee doctor said today that I can dispense with my crutch, so I've done so. I still have to take stairs one step at a time, but it's progress. And I have a new set of exercises to do.

In other health news, my intestinal distress is moving into its fourth day. *sigh* I'm hoping today's yogurt helps.

Sorry, I know I owe a reply, but I've been a bit under the weather. However, those dates look fine.
