A teething ring works much better for soothing sore gums than a finger. Even if the finger tastes better.

Don't believe anyone over the age of 2. Fingers are the best. They taste way better than cold plastic.

I've found that they frequently come in pairs.

And I'm telling you, whiskey on a washcloth, into the freezer for a while, and then on to the gums.
