billroperWe ordered in Chinese food last night and I had the beef in garlic sauce. In retrospect, this may not have been the best choice. I slept pretty badly last night and my lower digestion ended up just a little bit wonky.
At work, I decided to get something for lunch from the little cafe downstairs because it was really, really cold out (at least if you're wearing shorts, which I am for my knee) and I didn't have a lot of time for lunch. I foolishly ordered the lasagna, which didn't sit that well.
By the time it got to be 4 PM, I had reached the point where concentration wasn't going to be happening, so I talked to Doug and excused myself to go home.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
daisy_knotwise made me a bowl of soup and a roll for dinner, which is sitting much better. I'm hoping that I'll get a good night's sleep tonight and be feeling better tomorrow.
