When Judges Have Had Enough of This

This post excerpts an opinion (and links to the full opinion) by a judge who has had quite enough of the two attorneys that he's dealing with in this particular case, not because he doesn't like them, but because they seem to be incapable of arguing a case in any coherent fashion.

From what I understand, the statement, "the most amateurish pleadings ever to cross the hallowed causeway into Galveston," or, in fact, anywhere in Texas, is an amazing comment on the ineptitude of these particular attorneys.
