Jul. 12th, 2006 10:29 pmWhen your hardware store is set up to cut blinds to the correct length to fit your window and you tell them that the window is 63 inches wide, the correct length to cut them to is something just a wee bit shorter than 63 inches, since the brackets that you install inside the window to slide the blind into are, in fact, of finite, not infinitely small, width.
The blinds will be going back to the store for a trim tomorrow. Just a little bit off the sides please...
