I don't make a lot of progress on a lot of side projects during the week, because there's work. And kids. And Gretchen. By the time I get to the weekend, it is then time to clean up the debris field of life. This usually involves multiple loads of laundry, some cleaning, some shopping, and some down time, because I'm just tired after all that goes on.

But Gretchen managed to get three big bags of kid clothes off to Goodwill today, and I managed to pick up things that we needed at three different stores, and somewhere in the middle of this, I managed to get my hair cut, which was becoming a progressively better idea by the day.

Tomorrow, it will be back to work and -- with any luck -- finishing up this round of work on the project that I've been slogging through that is entangled with the UI. Nothing is scheduled for Monday night.

This is good, because Tuesday night, I am going to the Cubs game. Wednesday is the drama awards ceremony at the high school, which I'll be heading over for. Thursday is the last choral concert of the year. I don't *think* anything is scheduled for Friday night.

All of this is leading up to my scheduled lithotripsy next Monday, assuming that I passed the pre-op physical yesterday. The lithotripsy prep regimen calls for no NSAIDs, no vitamins, and no Mounjaro. It is, at least, an improvement over the colonoscopy prep regimen.

Of all of my medication friends who are off the schedule for the week, I think I will miss the NSAIDs the most. Especially after going to the baseball game Tuesday night...
