The Results Are In

And the results of the colonoscopy are in.

One 2 mm polyp removed, nothing else notable, come back in five years.

This makes me *very* happy.

I seem to be having a known reaction to the anesthesia: a nasty case of dry mouth. I am sipping Diet Pepsi for comfort and expecting that this should clear up by tomorrow. It *does* explain why the post-colonoscopy graham crackers I was given turned into paste in my mouth when I ran out of juice. :)

All things considered, not bad.
