It was an annoying day at work, so daisy_knotwise and I went to Cheeseburger in Paradise for dinner. The place was packed -- far more so than we'd seen before. The kitchen was overwhelmed, the server was a trainee (but with a good attitude), the food was fine, and the chocolate nachos are a really tasty thing.

The one down here in Downers Grove is almost always packed and has been since they opened. I like the food, but not the mob scene.

Sweetened fried flour and chocolate tortilla chips with hot fudge and cut strawberry pieces dribbled over them with three scoops of Ben and Jerry's ice cream for dipping.

It's pretty evil. It's extremely messy.
