Cubs Win!

It was a scheduled early start for the Cubs tonight, but the rain delay took care of that and pushed start time back by nearly 90 minutes to 8:05. Gary, who had flown in from the D.C. area this morning, was with me at tonight's game, which was a lot of fun, but he finally ran out of steam around the end of the seventh inning, so we headed back to the bus at that point. This meant that we missed the Cubs' eight run eighth inning, but all things considered, that's just fine, because I got home before midnight. :)

And it was fun catching up.

The Cubs picked up a game on the Reds (and the Phillies!) today, which is good, because they need it after last week.
