The complex thing about getting the trusts established properly is getting the assets into the trusts. It turns out that the easiest way to do this (for everything except the house, which is already taken care of by the lawyer) is to change the beneficiaries on our various financial accounts. Most of this can be accomplished on-line and we have now rearranged pretty much everything except the bank accounts.

Now we just need to keep knocking items off of the list...
