Bits and Pieces

billroperThere is a whole lot of stuff in the house that has moved into the "misplaced" category. Gretchen is going to ransack the big shelf of papers downstairs to get rid of things that are no longer useful and -- with luck! -- find some of the things that have gone missing, while I am going to need to clean the desk again and try to get down to bare wood. This is rather more of a challenge.
Julie is having a lot of fun with the ukulele. I found a chord chart for the baritone uke that I have printed out for her, which greatly improves the chance of being able to play things. I still need to relabel the pan pipes, though, as this set comes numbered, while the rest of the world uses actual notes. Oops.
Windycon meeting tomorrow night, and I need to start sorting out what we're doing for the evening events. I have some ideas, but I need to see how they survive contact with the rest of the departments. :) I don't think it will be too bad, but I need to make sure that we all arrive on the same page.
The rest of the weekend, I suspect, is going to involve cleaning and home repair.
And maybe going to Home Depot to buy some flowers for Gretchen.
