Snip, Snip

The rain this morning postponed plans to fire up the wood chipper. But the sun came out late in the afternoon and I spent another hour or two trimming branches off the forsythia, eventually clearing a path to where the honeysuckle had set out to regrow and a volunteer maple had joined the throng. That was when I grabbed the sawzall with the pruning blade and greatly reduced that section of the mess.

We'll see how things go tomorrow.
