Thunder and Lightning

Ruby the Dog really liked the new cushion that Gretchen bought her for the kennel. It looked like we'd finally gotten to the point where the ceremonial destruction of the pad was a thing of the past.

This lasted until the thunderstorms two days ago. The corner of the cushion was shredded as Ruby tried to dig out of the kennel and, once that happened, more shredding occurred last night. The cushion was a loss and has now gone out with today's garbage.

We'll see what to do next.
