Sam, Bonnie, and Jerry joined us for a dinner of grilled steak, fried potatoes, corn on the cob, and salad, followed by a joint expedition that produced a pretty good replica of my mom's chocolate pie.
I can relate to that! We spent this past weekend in Valparaiso watching Sharon graduate from college, and we worked out way though the family-and-friends' combined list of favorite eateries while we were there. I know *I* gained 6 pounds... And Sharon harvested several take-home boxes of leftovers to stow in her fridge for lunches this week.
