Jun. 8th, 2022 10:25 pmThe other day, Gretchen misunderstood which movie that Julie wanted to see, so instead of seeing "The Corpse Bride", they ended up watching "The Princess Bride". Happily, Julie liked it quite a bit, but now she would like to see more films like "The Princess Bride", which is currently classified as light, medieval fare.
This turns out to be more difficult to find than you might expect. We started to show her "Robin Hood: Men In Tights" tonight, only to discover that she is entirely unfamiliar with Robin Hood. We corrected this by showing her the Disney animated version tonight.
But we need more ideas. So what suitable films might we be able to find on streaming from Peacock, Prime, Disney+, or Hulu?
