I have checked in the code for my side project at work. Finally. This means that I can work on my *next* side project at work, in the hope of finally finishing it and moving back to the things I am *supposed* to be working on. Wish me luck!

In other news, our new bed arrived today. The story here is long and I will tell it later, but before we can sleep on the new bed, it needs to be assembled in our bedroom, a task that I'm hoping will be completed tomorrow. To facilitate this, Gretchen spent a *lot* of time cleaning out the bedroom today to make enough space for two beds for a very brief time.

The bedroom is looking much better. :)

Gretchen is somewhat the worse for the wear.

I'm impressed. I don't think I've ever lived in a house where the master bedroom was big enough for two beds. (well, maybe the house in Houghton, but it was a weirdly shaped bedroom, so I'm not sure whether we could have put two beds in it or not.)

It's a *very* large bedroom. The master bedroom here would be a bonus room over the garage if it weren't a master bedroom with a couple of walk-in closets and the master bath. As it is, the old bed is currently hiding under the window where it is (relatively) out of the way. Unless, of course, we want to close the window.
