FedEx Ground Strikes Again

billroperSo I ordered some gear from Sweetwater. Their standard free shipping method is FedEx Ground and we are close to the warehouse, so it's generally a good choice. The original delivery estimate was Tuesday, which was fine.
Except this morning, they updated the delivery estimate to today. And the package requires a signature, so we had to make sure that someone was at home all day to get the package and provide the signature.
And as of a few minutes ago, the FedEx tracking system has moved my delivery from "by end of day today" to "pending". So we carefully had someone at home all day today waiting for a delivery that hasn't happened.
Maybe it will happen tomorrow when it was originally scheduled.
Maybe not.
Bozos. (Not Sweetwater. FedEx Ground. But then, we all know that...)
