Inching Along the Curve

I have spent a week studying our current installer and InstallShield. I believe I now know enough about both of them to just rebuild the thing from scratch: better, stronger, and faster than it was before.

I started working on this on Friday. It is *very* close to done today. I just need to drive the bugs out...
