billroperBecause there are not enough things trying to kill me right now, I got the letter back from the Cook County Assessor's office informing me that my property tax appeal has been denied. This despite submitting an assessor's report to them showing that they have the property overvalued by $130,000 and other properties on the street being valued for less per square foot.
