Take Sominex Tonight and Sleep

Last night, both Gretchen and I found ourselves thrashing around in bed, so neither of us got the sleep that we should. This is not so good.

Dr. Bob tells me that the bug that has been making my life miserable is most likely late-season influenza. The flu shot is a fine thing, but not for this particular strain this year, it seems. Even so, I am gradually improving.

I begin to understand this deadly, world-wide pandemic thing though...
