Take a Deep Breath

I went down to the sleep clinic for the follow up with the doctor there. We chatted a bit and agreed that we can increase the pressure on the new CPAP slightly so that it matches what I'm used to. That will start tonight and we'll see if I like it any better.

In other news, it is cold here and getting colder rapidly. School is still on for tomorrow, although the forecast morning wind chill is right on the edge of the old guidelines for canceling out.

We'll see how it goes.
