Updating Ye Olde Filkbook

When I purged the random access filkbook several years ago, I ended up with a book with nothing but my songs in it. My intent was to retype battered photocopies, hand-scribbled copies, etc. with nice fresh copies that I printed off from my computer, which meant -- of course -- that I had to actually get them into the computer.

Tonight, I entered and printed out Shadow Harper, Lullaby For a Weary World, Stray Dog Man, and Rocket Ride. That's enough for tonight. (And I think I got all the chords right.)

Ah yes, organizing the filkbook, another of those things I ought to spend more time on than I have.

If you'd like electronic copies of any of the stuff I have as Word files, yell. (Borrow my book this weekend, and tell me if you want me to email any songs to you.) My format probably wouldn't be exactly what you wanted, but starting with it would save time vs. typing the lyrics yourself.
