I don't post much about politics because -- well -- what's the point? But here are a few thoughts in the wake of the Iowa caucus results.

  • I think that Megyn Kelly should moderate all of the Republican debates.
  • Apparently, Bernie's crew lost all six of the coin flips that were required to settle the results in tied caucuses around Iowa. Roger Goodall should launch an immediate investigation -- that, or hire some of these folks to flip the coin for the Super Bowl.

Yeah, I think that's enough for now. :)

Yeah, well, having Megyn moderate all the debates -would- be an anti-Trump conspiracy. Mind you, while that wouldn't be a BAD thing, it -would- be a conspiracy. :)

I was amused by one comment on the coin-flip decisions: "Once again, money decides the winner."

The chance of six coin flips all coming out the same being barely over 3% (= 1/(25) = 1/32). That's the relevant figure, not 1/(26) as might seem, because whether it's all heads or all tails, it's equally suspicious either way.
